Returns Policy
1. WITHDRAWAL
The customer had the right to return his/her order within 14 days from the date of receipt, without the need to explain the reason for the return. In this case, the customer/buyer has to cover the expense of the return cost and our company is committed to a refund within 14 days of the receipt of the return by us. The refund is made in the same way the payment was received.
The conditions required in exercising the right of withdrawal are for the product to be unused, to include all stickers and markings, for any electronic device to have their package sealed.
The products must also be returned to the state they were received, without damages and defects, complete in their original packaging.
The return is also important to be accompanied by the purchase documents (invoice receipt).
Returns are not accepted for the following products due to hygiene reasons: swimwear, underwear, socks, razors, etc.
2. RETURN FOR REPAIR / REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Our company takes all necessary measures to ensure that the order shipment contains all the correct products ordered by the customer and that the products shipped to the customer are fully operational and undamaged.
In case you receive a product and you find that it is different from the one you ordered or that it has some defect you should contact us by using the information found in the Contact Us page of this website.
When contacting our support department you will be asked if you would like to proceed to a withdrawal, a replacement of the faulty product or a refund for your order.
In case of improper shipping of your order or a defective product, the return shipping cost will be covered by our company.
3. CANCELING OF YOUR ORDER
If the customer wishes to cancel his/her order, this should be done prior to the shipping of the order from our company. If our company has shipped the order, the customer will have to follow the process of the right of withdrawal after he/she has received his/her order.
4. PRODUCTS - WARRANTY
All the available products in our website are durable products bearing all necessary certifications for safe operation. The products come with warranty for a reasonable time an with written instructions.
The warranty of the products lasts according to the manufacturer from the date of purchase and allow for the free repair of the product as long as the customers has proof of purchase throughout the whole warranty period, the fault is not exempted under the manufacturer's warranty and the damage was not created by the customer's fault.
